Description
This tea takes time, care, and patience. It’s how Grandma Sita learned it as a child in Tonga, helping her grandmother prepare it using fresh leaves from their backyard. That same way of making it is still used in our home today.
This recipe uses real plants. No tea bags or store-bought blends. Just fresh soursop and noni leaves and bark, ginger, and lemons. You brew it for one to two days. You stir it, keep the water filled, and let the ingredients slowly do their work. It’s strong and made to support your health, especially your stomach and energy.
In our family, this tea is special. It was passed down by women who knew how to use the plants around them to take care of others. Grandma Sita’s grandmother lived to be 120. This was one of her most trusted teas. We’ve never shared this recipe until now, but we’re offering it to those who truly want to learn and make it the proper way.
